Blogger Spotlight Round 1- Jamie of Nails Adored!

Hello pretties =]!

I love reading blogs. There are so many creative, fun ideas and it is SO easy to be inspired by them. Now, I don't have the biggest, fanciest, or most popular blog on the block, but I've decided to use my small soapbox to proclaim the amazingness of some of my favorite fellow bloggers =]! I am going to begin a new weekly (hopefully....depending on people's timeliness in responding to my emails =P) series called...

 

I will be choosing bloggers based on those who inspire me personally, but I am also accepting nominations! If you would like to nominate someone, please email me at neverlandnailblog@gmail.com =] For the very first round of Blogger Spotlight, I chose the blogger who actually inspired me to do this, Miss Jamie of Nails Adored =]! She also does a blogger spotlight and has introduced me to many great ones =]! She has this adorable eye for nail art and colors that is just so inspiring to me! Lets learn a little bit more about her and her blog =]!

1. Hello! Please introduce yourself and your fabulous blog.

Hi everyone! I'm Jamie, and my blog is NailsAdored.com! On my blog I try to post a mixture of nail art, swatches, and reviews!

2. Give us a few key words that would describe your blog/blogging style.

My style is... nonexistent, honestly! ;) I basically write like I talk, and have tried many times setting up a bit of a posting "template" for myself to follow and after a few posts, it's out the window! I just have to write like I feel, I guess. ;)

3. What (or who) inspired you to create a blog of your own?

I was largely inspired by my friend Erika from Polish Fixation (polishfixation.blogspot.com), after seeing her blog this summer and also by Amy from I'm Feeling Nail-venturous (http://imfeelingnail-venturous.blogspot.com/), who I found via Erika!!

4. What has been your favorite mani thus far?

So far my favorite has to be the Snowflake mani I did last month in honor of the holidays! I really liked using the "non-Christmas" colors and patterns, and think it pulled together really well in the end!

5. Do you have a favorite polish brand?

I think I tend to steer towards Zoya the most, but I am definitely not a polish snob! I love most brands- everything from Essie, Orly, and OPI right on down to your more affordable drugstore brands like Sinful Colors and Wet N Wild!

6. What is THE most beloved polish in your stash?

Right now, I'd say it is Zoya Sarah! It's such a gorgeous color! (and numbers 2-6 belong to the new Finger Paint Special Effect flakies- they are simply stunning!)

7. What blogs are your favorites and what do you like about them?

Oh wow, I have a ton of favorites! I love:
