Happy(?) Monday to you all! I hope you had a nice, relaxing weekend that recharged you to finish up April strong! I am so close to being done with finals, I can almost taste it...I'll be done Wednesday this week and I couldn't be more excited, SERIOUSLY. I thought a happy holo on my nails this weekend would lift my spirits, so I have a lovely swatch of Layla Ultra Violet to show you today (this is 4 coats...it was opaque in 3, but I took the pictures after a few days of wear. I did the 4th coat simply to cover my tip wear =]). This polish is from the newish Hologram Effect collection that was released at Ulta about a month or so ago, and although these are pricey lil boogers ($15.50 a pop!), they're TOTALLY worth it! Why, you ask? Well...see for yourself...
I took all of these pictures in the sun to show you Ultra Violet's full holo potential =]
If you don't have any of these Layla holos yet, you may want to run off to Ulta and buy some...these are INCREDIBLE! The holo is super obvious in the sun, but you can even see it in low lighting...so basically, you see rainbows almost all the time when you wear this one =]! I love it!
A special thank you to everyone who entered my nail art contest! I'll be announcing the winner in a few days...stay tuned!
<3,
Lindsey
