I had this random burst of creativity tonight and wanted to wear something different on my nails. I tried a few random household objects to create cool effects, but nothing was particularly awesome. Then, out of the blue, I thought it would be interesting to put actual foil (like from the kitchen...haha =P) on my nails, and it actually looks pretty cool! I used 3 coats of Zoya Skylar along with my random foil appliques...take a look!
Its sort of random, but I really like the effect! It's not too outlandish since there are actual foils for nails (I realize they are different than tin foil =P), right? Since texture is sort of "in" at the moment, I thought the crumpled-looking accent nail would be pretty sweet =]! It may or may not be your cup of tea, but I'm a fan =]!

I have thought about this before but haven't tried it yet. I think it looks pretty cool. I may have to give it a try.
