Ciaté Pastel Gradient!

Hello =]!

Gradients are probably my favorite nail art technique of the moment. It's rare that I see one that I don't like, they're all so girly and elegant looking (well, unless they're neon or something...in that case, they're just super fun =]!). I have 2 brand new Ciaté polishes I've been wanting to use and, after being inspired by another gorgeous Arizona sunset, decided to create a lovely pastel gradient! In case you're wondering, my go-to tutorial for this technique was created by The Nailasaurus, click here to check it out. I used Strawberry Milkshake and Cream Soda over a white base for these pretty nails, take a look!

For being such light colors, I was pretty happy with their opacity. I didn't have to cake on the polish as much as I normally would for these light colored gradients. I will say that I experienced some streakiness with Strawberry Milkshake when I swatched it on a wheel, but I've never met a light pink that didn't do that. Still, I'm loving these colors, especially Cream Soda...you just can't go wrong with gray =]!

Have an amazing day =]!

♥,
Lindsey
