Different Dimension Santa Baby Collection Swatches + Review!

Hi friends!

TGITWF! Yes, I made that up and it was completely necessary....thank God it's the weekend, FINALLY! I hope you have some fun relaxation time ahead of you! I'll be working, swatching polishes, and sleeping...sounds pretty good to me. Today, I have some polishes from a new-to-me indie brand to share with you. Different Dimension's Santa Baby collection is full of holiday appropriate glitters that will put just about anyone in the Christmas spirit! I LOVE the names of these polishes, they're all named for lyrics in the Santa Baby song, how cute =]! For your listening pleasure...

I have 4 lovelies from this collection to show you, let's get started!

I'll Wait Up For You Dear
1 coat over SinfulColors Snow Me White
The Holidays are heeeeere and it's quite evident with this polish! This festive, shimmery blend of red and green micro glitter really puts me in the mood for a blanket, hot cocoa, and a Christmas movie (Elf, preferably =])! I only used 1 coat as a topper over white, but I imagine it's opaque enough to wear on it's own with 2 or 3 coats. It applied super evenly and, believe or not, was almost completely smooth when grittiness! How many glitters play nicely like that nowadays? Not too many! Give this one a try, you won't be sorry!

 Santa Baby
1 coat over Lime Crime Parfait Day
I see dual Holiday potential for this one, it would be great for both Christmas as well as Valentine's Day! I love the blend of micro, small, and larger glitter and the red, pink, white, and holo combo reminds me of Victoria's Secret around the Holidays, haha! I had to fish a little for the large red pieces, but it wasn't impossible to find them. I think Santa Baby would work best as a glitter topper instead of wearing it alone, but no complaints here! I just love the look of it over pastel pink =]!

I've Been An Awful Good Girl
2 coats
Holy adorable....words cannot express how much I adore this polish. I ADORE IT. The pastel purpley/pink chelly (creme jelly =]) base with a bunch of pink and purple glitter and shimmer is absolute perfection in my book! I think I'll need to grab another bottle of this at some point, because I really don't want to run out of it =P! It was perfectly opaque in 2 careful coats and applied like a dream. There was barely any grittiness, too! I don't think it could get any better...unless it was named "Disneyland" ;D

Hurry Down The Chimney Tonight
1 coat over Wet N Wild Black Creme
Three words - crushed candy canes. This looks like exploded peppermint pieces, how fun is that! I had a little trouble with a thicker formula and the refusing-to-lay-completely-flat bar glitter, but the effect was beautiful and unique; I don't own anything like it! I could also see this as an appropriate glitter for Valentine's Day, you know, if you need an excuse to order more polish ("But Honey, I can wear it TWO TIMES A YEAR!"). This glitter spread out very evenly and I didn't really have to fish any pieces out. Yay =]!

There you go! I'm really glad I tried out Different Dimension, this fabulous indie brand really sells a quality product! These polishes sell for $8.50 in Missi's Etsy store, click here to check it out. Also, go ahead and like Different Dimension on Facebook for updates and info!

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a goodnight day =]!
